ive seen some good solo guides that go to levels 60.... but havent seen anything on where is good soloing from 60-65 any suggestions???

Depends on your flags and connection. Of course root/rot frogs in PoS. HoH is decent exp at the zone in till about 63 then move in to the basements at 64. There was a very nice strategy guide written on it with screen shots and what to and what not to root rot. If your FT and mana can handle it quad kite the entrence mobs just watch out for other groups in grave yard as that sucks. If you have your Tatics flag go there. Zone in. INivse then go strait past the daiku armsman that is usually standing there till you get to the pit. At the pit turn left and run strait. You are now in the south safe room and just pull mobs and kite to your hearts content. If you are 63 and CoT capable charm a war bor in the pits and have your fun there. Even though i still have a problem with breakin the camp in because of sooooo many mobs down there and those wraiths. Wraiths see invise and have some nasty shammy spells at their disposel. I do not think there is anywhere really outside of PoP to exp after lvl 60. NIghtmare camp in PoNM is good till about 63. A few quadding spots in Nm. Go root rot Castle CY's in PoD is also decent exp to about 63. you can also root rot raizorfiends in PoV if you are really in need of a few exp points. But more information on your equipment and flags would greatly help people be able to help you.

I've found its easier to quadkite basements than entry mobs in HoH. Higher resists on the entry mobs is the only reason.

Depending on your gear, spells, and skills you'll find some hunting grounds easier than others. Quadding is probably out until you get good mana pool. Pet charming is good in PoD and PoN until you get to 63 and use Command of Tunare on the PoS forest loroks. With friends you can try charming in the Tactics boar pens and then move onto soloing later once you're more confident. You can root dot in most zones once you've checked the area out, but HoH seem the most straightforward past 62 and CoD/PoS before then. If places seem hard then the take a friend or two.

I would say though that greater rewards really come from grouping in PoP. There are plenty of good xp spots for groups and only a few for soloers. If spectrals seem like an exciting drop soloing then perhaps you consider that runes and ornate will only drop for groups.

Are the Rats in PoJ DC' able?

Like could you DC one and Kill in basement?

I think mabe one out of 4 are DC able. Have to use trial and error.
