Hi, I just hit level 14, and at the suggestion of others ran off to Lavastorm to obliterate some summoned beasts, but found them extremely few and far between.

I have several questions regarding the best places to hunt for exp and/or cash at 14 and beyond, and would love it if either someone has a link, or some advice.

Oh, and I searched around the site before posting this, but maybe I'm just ignorant in the ways of appropriate searching, if its painstakingly obvious.

Thanks in advance,
Nekiah

Well, I think that is the level I started doing some charming in the Karanas. I charmed griffawns and sent them after each other, bears and lions near the NK tower. You can do it in EK too. Not much loot though.

The Crushbone throne room is still good until 16 as long as people still go there for a group.

You could also try the yard trash in Unrest, the money is ok I think.

Greetings Young Nekiah,

I think Crushbone is an excellent place as well as Unrest. I think you find Crushbone a bit better, just for the grps. Once you get up around 17....be sure to head to Paludal Caverns off of Shadowhaven. That is an experience I believe everyone should share. Not sure if this is the Best advice and many Druids that lurk these forests are much wiser and have more knowledge than myself, however, I know many that have taken this path and have done well. Good Luck to you and be safe........

I went to Paludal Caverns at level 7 and stayed until 25. I've since been hunting Golras in Timorous Deep and am currently at level 31. Golras should take me to 34 at which point I'll start quad kiting cougars in Iceclad. Now I have a plan that I'm not sure if it will work, but I hear there is a named animal in iceclad called "Corudoth" which is level 5 yet has over 50k hps and can be charmed using Dire Charm. I'm just wondering if he can be charmed using the regular Druid charm spells? And if so, could we use him to kill cougars and stuff like that? I've heard people use him to "solo" Lodizal (assuming they have DC).

That little turtle can be DC'd and used to kill Lodi, but only dc'd. He is VERY magic resistant (possibly immune?), thus no chance of landing a normal charm.
At 14 i'd also recommend NK. I've found charm-kiting the most efficient way of xp'ing solo during my short time, and NK will give you the invaluable practice required for harder-hitting mobs later on.
You've also got the guards near the tower to help you out if you get in trouble. Just keep an eye out for any wandering HG's, Silver Griffon and the other named Griffon there (name escapes me). They can, and will spoil your day very quickly. - I still nip back to this day to exact some sweet revenge on those things! hehe :)
