Hey All,
I have been looking over the forum posts and there is a large quantity of useful information here. I have a question (or 2) about my 29 level Druid. First thing is here are a couple effects items I have on the gear:
Hands - Grey Flesh Gloves - Affliction Haste II
Range - Dustcover’s Crystal Ball - Mana Preservation II
Plus wisdom is 210. So now for the questions
1) When soloing, how do I best use my new 29th lvl spells (or older spells for that matter) to charm kite? I currently hunt gnolls at the spires in SK, but my routine is usually root, dot, sit/med, repeat until mob runs away at 20% or so, then melee with my Centi Warhammer until dead. Boring, plus it eats mana if they break early or resist. I can’t charm Gnolls (correct), so where can I go to get good XP, loot and learn my charm kite skills all at the same time???? (I’m on Vallon Zek, so I also have to watch the PvPers).
2) Is KEI useful at this level or is it capped so I can’t use it? I never thought about buying it in POK, but if it will help and it works at my level then maybe I should try it if the area I’m hunting provides enough loot to offset the cost. Runs around 100pp in POK.
3) What does Porcupine mean as far as a Druid? Is this the use of our Bramble coat spells?
4) (OK, 1 more) Can DOT spells stack (ie, can I cast one, then cast it again, or a different one right after that so both do damage)?
