Do i spends 3600ish points and up my MR 100 points , do i save up 11500 points for 200hp/200mana in 20hp/mana augs

or do i get 50mr and 100 hp/100 mana

My guild just got to time, and even what i have on my ulimate wish list from time im still going to be about 60ish mr short of the 500 cap

any thoughts on this or am i just a fruitcake?

For myself I am going for +40 mana augments in whatever slot I can, and then the 20hp/20 mana augments in the other slots. Between buffs and bard song, I am pretty much at the 500 cap for all my resists, and even with the 500 you don't resist most of the AE's a lot. More mana = More Heals or More Nukes.

I'd get as many +40 hps aug as possible and then fill in the 20 hp/mana augs where need be. You can use your bracer and glove slots for +MR.

I'm going for 40hp augments for raiding as thats where I spend most of my time. I have a stupidly simple justification for this.

I run out of mana I can med.
I run out of HP I am dead.

I run out of HP a lot more than I run out of mana.

As far as resists go, even at 500 resists so much stuff still gets through, I'm concentrating on HP.

I have to agree with Iegil. I have auged every item I could with 40 hp augs and those I could aug with 20hp/mana I have.

Yep, +40 hp augs in whatever you can, and 20 hp/mana in the rest.

Personally I would put 40 hp augs in every slot you can, then 20/20 in all other slots. That leaves you with both your bracers and gloves for augs that you cannot put hps or mana on. Assuming your fully geared and have all your foci, I would then put regen 3 (or 2 cant remember which you can get) in those 3 slots. More hp and the regen to keep it up there when needed.

Don't forget vengence augs on the bracers =p
