Anyone able to post/register on eqclerics or something?
Did thier registration never got the email confirmation.
The contact us email link bounces
The PMs aren't enabled since can't finish registration.

Anyone know whats up?

Or clerics board just refuse to listen/see posters from other classes?

Nope. Registrations are as strong as ever. There's no reason to disable registrations.

What probably happened is your mail provider (in your case a Yahoo account) has a spam filter and the filter probably blocked the confirmation email. Your account was still showing pending confirmation email so I went ahead and changed you to a normal user so you should be able to log in. It happens from time to time.

As to why Rayne's email doesn't work... I don't know that one (probably got spammed and Gameglow shut it off).

Email/PMs was bouncing I think because I wasn't registered.
Sorta a tough thing, if you have a registeration problem but need to be registered to use the email/pms.
