Forgive me for sounding dumb......I am lvl 55 and have never used any AA's.
My question is, does the AA experience bar move faster than the regular experience bar that gives you levels?
If it does move quicker.....how much quicker does the AA experience bar move?
The reason I am asking is I wish to get 3aa's for the Taanan Tradeskills and I was curious if getting 3aa's is the same amount of time it would take me to get from level 55 to 58 (3 regular levels) through regular levelling?
Do both experience bars move at the same rate?
So is 1aa equal to 1 regular experience level in the amount of time it takes to attain?

AA experience is equal to level 51. So at higher levels, it seems to go very fast since the exp required to get through 51 is a lot less than what is required to get through 59.

1 AA = Level 51.

Much faster to level 51 to 52... then to level 55 to 56, or any single level above that, so yes. AAs are definally faster to get then real levels.

AAs move faster the higher level you are ( above 51 )

these all depend on where you're hunting too of course.
picnic tables in fire the best! IMHO.

AAs fly by for a 65..
pretty good for a 62
ok for a 59
kinda slow for a 55
and painfully slow for a 51

Alot faster. I can get an aa per 45 minutes at Fire castle 2 heh. Took me about 8 hrs non stop in POV inner cave back then to get to 65. : )

Before the exp nerf for soloing, I was around the 53-55 range when luclin went live. I did about 6 aa points in about 6 hours in cobalt scar quading wyverns. aaing does get easier as you level up. Alot of people recommend that you crank up aa exp, when you are level 60 and level 65. either all the way or no way is recommended. A solid pon or pov group should be able to bring in aa's rapidly.

With the exception of run3, it is much more beneficial to get the levels and then work on AA's. Your innate hps/ac/mana/resists attained via more levels far outweigh the amount of time it will take you AA xp at a lower level and it's subsequent benefit gained.

And if you haven't heard it yet, SCM3 SCM3 SCM3 SCM3!!!!
