Need some input here, should I go ahead and spend 15-20kish on Tae Ew Leather Pants (http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=18425) if I *might* be getting ornate pants (http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=17241)?
I rarely group, don't like raiding or guilds. Very anti-social even in game, heh. So I mostly buy my gear. Would it be better to just wait for Ornate?

Well, the Tae Ew's only advantage over your existing pants seems to be a little bonus mana, whereas the ornate pants have that really handy right click effect. I think I'd probably wait for the ornate, unless you think the 50 extra mana will serve you really well in the mean time.

Wait for ornate, tae ew are a downgrade.
