I'm level 12, and on Maelin Starpyre this setup cost about 35,000pp, thanks to overly bloated prices and avoidance of recommended levels.

Yes you will be able to quad with that. You have 174 wisdom, which is OK, but you have tons of plus mana gear so you will have enough for quadding.

Thanks. I did a comparison of a WIS set of gear, vs. a MANA set, for 25k-35k price range. Mana set gave more raw mana than the WIS set did, until level 55. At which point I will probably not be wearing any of this.
