Why?
Why, why, why?!
Why on earth would you announce plans to produce new material before the most recent is 'finished'?
Well, excuse me if someone already suggested this, but here goes, and it's so far out of soe's m/o that i can see why many miss it....
EQ2 occurs after some cataclysm befalls norrath. Obviously this story must be known before eq2 can 'happen'. Been watching the messages at the loading screen? I have. Reading the story behind the wayfarer's and the legion of mata muram? I have. It adds up. Now, after five years, they've finally had to place the story back in the rpg, so the sequal can make sense!
And that is why it's so far out of their normal behaviour that many of us missed it entirely....
so... uh... yeah... i was a little too excited about figuring this out, i guess. if someone already posted words to this effect... um... sorry i'm late. /cackle
