What i was thinking:
Mask of Conceptual Energy is my thought for face.
Tiny Jade Ring and Band of Primordial Energy for fingers.

In no particular order...

Mask of conceptual energy or Mask of Simplicity or Veil of the Inferno (veil click = win)
Elemental boots or shoes of fleeting fury (recommend ele because you need the improved MP focus, fleeting fury are good if you go for aid grimel or quarm neck though)
Orb of clinging death
Hammer of hours
Glyphed prayer ring and pulsing onyx ring or ring of evasion or prismatic ring of resistance
Rock adorned stud or signet of the arcane or earring of unseen horrors (from worst to best for you imo, but any of the 3 would be an upgrade to solstice)
Drape of the Unending, Mantle of pure spirit or shawl of eternal forces
Cape of Endless Torment or Celestial Cloak
Kerasha's tunic or fennin bp
Elemental hat or cap of flowing time

Assuming DKP/Merit/whatever is no limit, my personal choices in your situation would be: Veil of the Inferno, Shoes of Fleeting Fury, Orb of Clinging Death, Hammer of Hours, Glyphed Prayer Ring and Prismatic Ring of Resistance, Earring of Unseen Horrors, Shawl of Eternal Forces, Celestial Cloak, Kerasha's Tunic, Cap of Flowing Time, and Talisman of the Elements

Though my choices are rather weighted towards whoring multiple quarm drops, my priorities in your situation would be a better MP focus (and thus possibly boots), orb of clinging death, and a beneficial spell haste focus, and the glyphed prayer ring from ikkinz trials since it's dkp free (which is also why Signet of the Arcane is a nice option.)
