So far, I think t.king's Celtic UI has been the best looking. I'm not sure that it's supported anymore, though.

Personaly I do the turn of the differents UI and look for thing that interest me. Then I donwload the UI and intall the window that interest me. It make a lot of mitmatch. Also I avoid to put custom window where SoE often change the normal ones (like inventory, bank, options....) and I put a back-up on another place on me computer. When a patch upgrade/modifie the UI, I copy the default UI in my patchwork UI and copy back the files from me back-up (in the case where none of the custom window need to be modified).

Thing that don't change often: spellbook, hotbutton, chat window, spellgems, self hp, group hp, spell casting timming, buff window, song window...

Or better what time to learn XML?

Oh yeah, it also like only fits well in 1600 X 1200. You're welcome to use it though. I will admit that I am a bit slow on fixes and updates. :)

I've got chunks of WoW UI's, Vert UI's, Infinity UI's, Aya.... Too damn many to list :P I think it looks good though. I probably remix my UI every month :P It's about time to try something new, in fact...

You should use something that makes you feel comfertable and also suits with what you want and need.

I myself use avelon with a diffent player windows because i do not like his :) but it basicly it is a clean and clear UI with not to much on your screen, everything can be made transperant and he even has % for leadership AA now (yay)
