Talk to Ranguali. He'll ask for a trash mob drop from kodtaz, ikkinz, yxtta or uqua.

Curious, does this mob have to be spawned? I only saw it up once and it did not see inv.

I Recently acquired this necklace. You hand the head into Caridwi in the primal caves in Yxtta, she spawns between 6-8am. Go through the door and take the first left, head straight and you will see her. Hand in the head and you get the choker in return.
