After the July 14th patch, Rytan (SOE's "Spell Guy") stopped by to let druids know that the SotW reuse timer has been reduced to 15 minutes.

The change to SotW got lost in the shuffle of all the new AA changes and bug fixes for the new system. I went ahead and lowered it to 15, but it won't be in until the next update (After the one tonight).
