Ok Last Night my guild Killed Saryn in Plane of Torment last night. I never spoke to Fahlia in sick bay prior to the event. But I was told that I could go afterwards to hail her and then go see the seer and then the short guy in POK for the FLAG and AA and charm increase. But when I hail Fahlia she wont speak to me about it, she only says that i need to become a more powerful Planar traveler.

Is this because I have yet to kill Theris Thule or Grummus? I didnt see anything that would leave me to beleive that they would not let me get flagged for this plane?

If anyone know please let me know, im not the only one having problems getting her to talk.
