A friend and I got into this discussion the other day and had alot of fun. I was wondering everyone elses input. It is a very simple question.... what is the two worst classes to dual box. The only rule is it must be two unique classes (cleric / cleric is a no-go... sorry). Slightly modified second question, what are the two worst classes to duo with (presuming you are not 2 boxxing).

Our conclusion was that cleric / wizard was the worst... thier abilities just don't align in any meaningful way.

Any caster classes can make out ok 2boxing. May be slow, but its doable.

For example, wizzie ae snare, cleric fear, nuke till dead, evac if in trouble.

2 melee would be tough. Something like Rogue/Monk.

It's still doable though depending on AA's and Gear.

bard + anything sucks to 2box, you *can't* twist (unless you use mq anyways), which makes the bard only about 40% as effective as he would be single boxed.

Bard + rogue would probably suck the worst though, bards suck at holding agro, so the rogue would have to tank, which makes his dps hit warrior level suck.

I'd disagree there. I've now got a bard in his 60's that I 2-box effectively. (without the use of illegal macros).
Guaranteed I spend most of my time on the bard twisting, and use the songs 3-second cast time toalt-tab to my druid, cast a heal, debuff, nuke whatever, alt-tab back and resume the twist.
Yeah its hectic, but can be very effective.

Bard-rogue would also be a nice combo. If the rogue grabs aggro the bard can charm the mob (as long as its 57 or under). Insta-aggro for bard and carry on fighting. If you get low on health just mez-heal until your ok to carry on fighting.

As for the worst 2 classes, i'd have to say Warrior/ Berserker combo.

Putting a Warrior with any class that can't heal, but worst I'd say is Rogue, Warrior. They just aren't compatible at all as a duo. A monk can single pull and self heal.
