Well im not exactly a KEI junkie, in fact i dislike people that always have to have VoQ or KeI on them for everything and more those of the people that demand that i get it. But oh well...

I disagree with the *requirement* for certain buffs, per se, but objectively, having a KEI or VOQ/9+symbol or virtue can make a very big difference in the effectiveness and success of your group, unless your group is vastly overpowered versus the mobs you are fighting.

It's not exactly that I refuse to have it, it's that people have developed a dependency on it. There are some situations where you just plain don't need it.
