That blue does hurt my eyes, but I wouldn't say it was the worst site design ever.

I may be forced to slap you if I go to the beastlor site and see this there.

Oh btw, it IS on eq beastlord, and the paladin site too. This guy probably has it on every single class site. So far the general opinion seems to be this guy is keen on degrading whoever is in charge of the message boards looks for some reason. Why else would he be making his very first post on every board except for the beastlord one which is his second post just to insult a server message board design?
