sack with the shaman highest level FOS to :) but i am not sure beside giving str what else does it do. My other druids friend ducot say it helps with some attack? Any comment?

This spell does not add any strength at all hence why it stacks with focus, it does improve the maximum damage you can do in melee by 5% though.

I am pretty sure that shaman get spells that also add various modifiers such as this, enchanters new haste improves your chance of striking a critical in melee, where and how these all work out with regards to stacking I have not investigated as of yet.
