EQMon is really cool i just discovered it, one thing it can do is have the computer read aloud every tell you recieve as they come in. It can also tell you before spells wear off and shout at you when someone calls a camp check while you're afk medding between pulls. It was a small download and pretty easy to get set up too.

Anyone have any other cool utils?

I've been using eqwatcher myself. It squeaks when you get a group/guild message, and will bark at you if someone is speaking in say. It will also bark and then speak any tells you get. At the end of each fight it will tell you how much DPS you did to the mob, and when you log out of EQ you can see who did what in your group/raid. Just go to eqwatcher.com and download. LOL plus you can choose diffrent voices too if you want. :)
