The level 65 'Ailing Walrus' now spawns frequently at the 'safe spot' in Siren's Grotto, adjacent to the Western Wastes zoneline. Since loading times vary, anyone evaccing or succoring across SG may likely find themselves alone with this KOS beast, and will arrive already being beaten by his 800+ melee attacks.
