Does anyone know the new skill caps at lvl 70? Defense/Offense Dodge Weapon Skills?

I was told the new caps were:

1hs/1hb 190

Offense 215

Have not had a chance to go to caster's realm yet but that would be a good place to check.

Caster's realm use to be a great site but is very rarely updated anymore.

AT level 66:

1 and 2 hand weapons: +3 up to 178
dodge: +1 up to 76
Hand to hand: +1 up to 76
defense: +3 up tp 203

I have ear of Offence: +3 up to 203

if all the progression rest the same, at 70 we will get:

1 and 2 hand weapons: +15 up to 119
dodge: +5 up to 80
Hand to hand: +5 up to 80
defense: +15 up tp 215

I have ear of Offence: +15 up to 215

Outside of dodge and defense, the new cap is useless. And even the defence and the dodge nw skill cap will not noticiable without a lot of parsing.

Dodge cap only goes up 1 per additional level (i.e., +5 total).
