Talk to one of the six projections, full group with at least elemental level gear that doesn't suck (time+ recommended), win gets resist cap raises (not sure if you get loot in the 1 group trials or not). That's for the 1 group trials. For the raid trials, 54 people in qvic+ gear that don't suck. Win gets loot and 1/6 of the Anguish key.

Single group trials yield an item just a little bit better than Time Phase 5 loot... unless you get the 60/60/60 aug... which could be good or bad depending who you are with :thumbup:
