Drop Improved Enrage. If you aren't putting any points into feral, no point in getting that talent.

Both Imp. MotW and Imp. Enrage are a waste in your spec. Drop them both. I'd also drop 4 points from NG. Take Insect Swarm (one more dot!), Improved Thorns, Improved Wrath, and Nature's Reach. Max them all. That should maximize your effectiveness in Moonkin.

I disagree with Create that the IMotW is a waste. I would drop furor and Imp Enrage (OoC is all the free rage I ever find I need). Insect swarm won't be much good as you can't cast it in Moonkin.

I would move those points into reflection for mana regen and Imp SF (stuns are huge in this game).

I also think you should move some points from NG to Imp Wrath (I would suggest 3). Nature's reach isn't as much help as I thought it would be (seems rare when I can get a mob with a ranged attack in the sweet spot where I can attack and they can't). Improved Thorns is good, I just don't see where you would take the points from going that deep in resto.

Overall, good job though.
