I'd like to be able to press one key and it would say "Help!" in party chat.

Do I need to learn macros, or can I just edit some config file? :sumo:

I don't think it would be editing config files. It's probably a macro.

Macros for call-outs are all well and good, just watch them when partied or raiding, as there are times when you don't want to be flooding the chat channel with "unnecessary" banter.

On a side note, I have a Macro that says "Funny, she doesn't look Druish!" every time I cast Gift of the Wild. Gotten some great response to it! Mel Brooks Rulz!

In combat, I usually find myself trying to type "Help" or "Behind us" or stuff like that. A keybind would be really useful.

Go with the old "Healer has aggro!"

I hate tanks who make it so that they go /heal whenever they're health goes below a certain %. Especially the orcs... "heal me!"
