There's a Tribal leather trainer in Feathermoon (The Island) that you do Quests for him and he gives you Tribal armor and patterns. Once you are done with him he sends you over to the hinderlands I believe where you can buy some tribal patterns. After that it's drops for patterns. Also if you get rep with the winterfall furballs (hehe) you can buy real nice patterns that are there own. I can't remember the name of there pattens but they are real nice!
I used to be a 300 tribal leather worker but I couldn't make any money off it so I dropped it. when you are 60, tribal gear isn't good enough, they should add better pattens in tribal

You can get yourself to 300 leathers with wicked leather patterns. Just buy the bracer or head pattern. Whats nice about these is they only require rugged leather to make. Easy kill-up. You can also gain Timbermaw faction in Felwood/Winterspring and buy their Warbear stuff. I like the warbear gear.

The faction recipes I'm familiar with (Cenarion Circle, Zandalar) are general leatherworking, not tribal specific. I'm fairly certain neither the Furbolgs nor Thorium Brotherhood offer anything in LW specialty recipes.

Hide of the Wild is the only one that really stands out for Tribal LW's. It's obtained as a reward for freeing the goblin in DM: North. It has a very, very low drop rate (2% or less).

Tribal LW:
Hide of the Wild
Devilsaur Leggings
Devilsaur Gloves

Zandalaar Tribe Rep (ZG):
Blood Tiger Breastplate
Blood Tiger Shoulders
Primal Bat Chest
Primal Bat Gloves
Primal Bat Bracers

Cenarion Hold Rep(AQ):
Patterns coming in 1.11

Timbermaw Rep (Felwood):
Warbear Harness
Warbear Woolies
Warbear Bracers (?)

Argent Dawn Rep:
Mantles of the Dawn
Dawn Treaders

Patterns off the top of my head that I have. Most are general LW patterns.

Also faction with CC gets you the nature res patterns, again think they are just general and not just tribal tho.
