This is Highlander's collection of guides (not all by him though). I hope this is good enough.

I don't remember what lvl it was.. but there is a cheap STR enchant on bracers (costs ONE dust of some kind) that I used when I levelled (offer it for free in trade channel or just reenchant your own again and again).

aybe it's past 95 but anyway. Keep in mind. :)
