Yep, So much gold wasted. At times it seems that I just cant help myself. I get the urge to respec and off I go, wasting another 50g. Or is it a waste?

Have played my druid since release and I still like him alot. In fact my druid is my one and only lvl 60 character. I have the usual number of alts as im sure most people do, however there is not another character that I really WANT to play. As you can see by how much gold my respecs cost I have tried differnet builds but I just cant seem to home in on one and stick with it.

Right now im 24/0/27 for raid healing endurance and it gives me a little bit of nuke utility, but once again i am thinking of
changing spec's. I wish I could stop but i cant seem to :P.

Anyone else find themselves doing this alot with their druid?

Your not alone. While Feral (14/32/5) is my natural comfort zone, I have spent a lot of gold "test driving" other specs.
14/32/5 - comfy
0/30/21 - nice build (missed the roots and ooc/natural weap from balance)
0/20/31
0/10/41 - Thought I'd just go all out on Resto to see what the play style felt like. Didn't last long.

I have never done a moonkin build. I think I had a dream about it once though, lol. Also have considered your current build based on some good efficiency posts here. I don't think I'd be happy with anything but 14/32/5. It was the reason I made the druid in the 1st place.

I've only done two respecs so far, once to moonkin from feral at lvl 42, and once at 60 to clean up my moonkin build.

I have considered going the efficiency route that you have there.

Part of the problem is I find it really easy to come up with specs for a particular role (PvE heavy, PvP heavy, raiding, soloing, etc...) but very hard to find the one that will let me do it all the way I want to.

Right now I am heavy PvP, but since I just finished that grind, I will probably be respeccing soon.

Yeah, I'm in the same boat. Haven't respecced as many times as you, but I respecc'd three or so times leveling, then to resto at 60, which I have been at for about 6 or so months.

I'm constantly debating going back to a 0/30/21 or 24/0/27 build to pvp more, or putting 3 more points into resto for a 0/12/39 build (to pick up reflection now that I have full t1/epic gear with a lot of spirit and mana/5).

Dude I feel for you. I been stuck at 50g respec since I hit 60, which was 50 days played ago. I have spent well over 2,000g respecing because I cant seem to find which form I like the most, or what role I feel like doing. It always seems to be between resto and feral though, I rarely lower my standards to shift into a fat owl and be the joke of the town in BGs.

Great players play alike :O hehe

Anywho, I started off the game not knowing what is what and when my first talent point came I put it into Imp Wrath because thus far, all I've been doing was spamming wrath (pre-bear). Afterwards, I went online and read about some talent builds, quickly respecc'ed (yes, that 1 talent point) and went for the 0/30/21 build. Used that all the way up to 60.

I healed in endgame with that for about 2-3weeks after I ding'ed 60 and the respecc'ed to 12/0/39. (moonfire crit ftw!)

Atm, my repsec cost is like 10g
