One of the new "leaked alpha talents" lists Imp faerie fire- +1/2/3 chance to hit for melee and ranged in the balance tree.

Earlier today i saw this thread on the WOW usa druid forums, and i wanted to share it with you guys here... i think its a /great/ idea.

+spell to hit is sooo needed for these end game raids

so, if you guys agree and wanna help moonkin all over out, please spread this idea like i have, to wow EU forums, other druid forums, or hell, just bump the thread i posted...

I agree that would be useful, +to hit for spells has got to be the most rare of any leather armor effect, moonkins could really use it.

one of the biggest complains from shamans too, which is why they have the 3 point % to hit talent now. :|
