Somebody gave me a staff that has a chance of stunning a target for 3 secs. Not really the greatest staff I could find, but interesting if the stun will work while I'm in cat or bear form.

But I'm not sure whether or not it proc's while I'm in feral form. Do weapons proc in cat/bear form?

OK im a newbish 60 40 resto 11 feral --- how does my weapon choice affect me when in feral form? What works what doesn't?

The exact thing of all equipment works like this. (And yes, I used the word "Thing" for lack of a better word.)

If the weapon, trinket, or piece of armor says "Chance On Hit: blah blah blah" then it does nothing for us in animal forms but works fine in humanoid forms.

If the weapon, trinket, or piece of armor says "Equip: blah blah blah" then it works just fine in all forms for us.

I heard a rumor from someone I trust that in BC "Chance On Hit:" effects will work for us in our forms, but that is un-confirmed.

And for Seadancer, based on what is currently in the game, all you have to worry about on weapons are the stats on the weapon for feral forms.

im getting my char ready for the BC and stacking some buff potions and i dont know if this works in forms.

AFAIK, claws arent 'blunt weapons'

As of last night this did nothing while in cat/bear forms. Works in all other forms.

Food and potions are the deal for druids, for all I know.

Cat and bear like fish *Mmmm*ummy*

Only thing that ever increased damage like weightstones and sharpening stones in animal form was that epic ring you get from Cenarion Circle.. I think they nerfed that though.. maybe still works.. don't remember. =)

I see some1 talking bout weaponprocs might be enabled in BC, has anyone tested this ? I sure would love some Crusader procs in both bear and cat :P

Well technically its not a weapon proc, more like "enchanting" your weapon with +agi or +2% crit.

In beta, enchants like Crusader were working in forms, but I havent tested it or heard a yes or no from anyone yet.

Has anyone tried it?
