What is the exact duration of AFK and while AFK can you still get experience? How long till it makes you log?
The reason it is so important to me is that I have 2 accounts and one computer. I use my high level to group with alt......I wipe out quest mobs for the low level. I just keep tabbing my windows icon going from one character to the other.
The AFK has been making this difficult.
I played Everquest and they did not have this strict AFK policy.
What is the point of this AFK system, just to avoid farming BG's?
I understand the only way to get around this is an illegal way through hack programs....I don't wish to do anything illegal.
Any word if Blizzard plans on eazing up on this rule?

If you set your 2nd character to follow and then type /dnd I don't think you'll ever go AFK.

ye, this works, i typed /dnd to go out for dinner ( if i had logged it would have been rly bad, forgotten how, was ages ago) and i didnt go afk or log.

What does "dnd" stand for?
I will give it a try.

Do no disturb... it appears just like the AFK tag, just lets people know you'd rather not be bugged.

That's an interesting tip though, will have to try that next time I go afk auto following someone xD
