In the arena the other day I attempted to Cyclone a Tauren shaman and he was immune.

Okay, resist I can understand...but immune? Any ideas? A trinket maybe?

Maybe diminishing returns?

Perhaps it was absorbed by a grounding totem? Also, they will become immune if you cast it on them too many times. It's possible that the Tauren was either bubbled or already in a cyclone as well.

Well, it was the first time I Cycloned him in the match so I'm pretty sure it couldn't have been diminishing returns...I'll betcha it was the grounding totem - good thinking. I didn't see one, but that prolly means it was behind him and I couldn't see it.

Fast question on topic: I recently started playing my druid (as balance - sorry feral brethren, just had to try it :D).
Cyclone is extremely potent in PvP imo. Anyway, is it on the same dim return as roots?

Oh.. and remember kids.. keep you rank 1 moonfajr on hotkey for thoose nasty totems. 22 mana. I'll take it. :D

I went back to feral again. *blush*

Nuking stuff may be fun and all. But I rather shred em from behind tbh. :D
