Anyone doing the new Shattrath Children's week quests? The pets look pretty cool.

I've always loved these events and have always taken part in them...I've still got my Speedy the Turtle..

But the pets from Shattrath Children's Week look sooooooo cute...thinking of going for the elekk =D

The elekk is adorable. Mine followed me through BM the other day. He was by my side the entire fight. Quite the trooper.

The new pets are soo cute. I got the elekk on my druid because I thought he was too cute, but the little beholder is adorable too, I'll probbaly get him on my hunter. He falls asleep randomly :D

While doing the quests, keep your orphan summoned while you fly around, those little bastards run and swim very quickly!

If you're Scryer, fly from the Inn to the Bank to watch your Orphan do an impressive job of wall walking.

I didn't like the Beholder......and you can already buy a baby Dragonhawk can't you?

As you can tell...I'm chilling with Peanuts everywhere. I launch into Flight Form but stay close to the ground to watch him chase me.

I picked up the Elekk on my druid and Sleepy Willy on my mage :)

Apparently if you stay still close to a creep the eye will zap it.

This is just what ive heard so I have no idea if it is true although I did chosse the eye for that reason.

Yea I ended up choosing Sleepy Willy. I've yet to find a critter it'll zap though. =/

Do i have to be lvl 70 to get and complete this q?
Im lvl 55.

My orphan is called Randy.

He looks like Macalay Culkin (spelling?). :D

I picked up Willy, and I'll probably snag Speedy as well.

Almost picked Egbert, though. Wish I could have, he's silly. But Willy ftw. (He's awesome. Falls asleep while I'm tanking. ^^)

Iirc, the req. is to be level 60 to gain access to this quest and it is possible to complete it solo but it might take some corpse runs.

I got Speedy last year from the Orgrimmar one...might get the Piggy =D...if the event isn't over.
