Hi,

I recently transferred my lvl 60 druid to another server only to find I haven't got a clue on how to play a druid.

You see I used to play on a server with some RL friend's, leveled a mage up first then started on the druid, anyway 1 by 1 my friend's stopped playing WoW so I was with no guild and only my husband left playing.

I got the druid up to level 60 and decided to make a new character on my current server therefore abandoning my druid to play a hunter which I have now leveled to 70.

I was recently looking at all my alt's and saw the druid (bearing in mind I haven't played the druid for about a year and a half), I decided to transfer it to my current server and into my current guild.

Today I logged on took it to outland tried to fight a helboar and basically got my arse handed to me I'm worse then an e-bayed toon (if that's even possible).

Could you give me some tip's on how I should play it? I'm feral specced with some crappy armour, and really really out of my depth.

Thankyou in advance and great site

What's your character name and server?

Looking at your armory would probably help us help you.

Indeed.

An armory link to see what gear you have equiped and your talents would help us help you. :)

Feral grinding is pretty similar to a rogue approach.

Some tips:

- Bind your keys (as a cat you rely on timing, and that's much harder if you have to click on your actions)

- Open with ravage if it's a "farm" mob (ie kill fast - low armor mob). Open with pounce if it's a harder mob.

- Maim/heal (or bash/heal) is a solid maneauver if things get crazy.

- Use forms depending on situation (remember the cat is pretty squishy, the bear is a concrete wall).

- Are you 41+ feral? Remember Mangle gives you a sh!tload of extra damage on shred (and every kitty druid should learn to use shred imo - it's a backstab for 42 energy FFS!) ;)

Good luck my feral brother! You will get the hang of it in notime. =)

I agree with goa pretty much, though I'd change one thing:

maim/bash -> root -> heal

Gives you more time to get off a few heals depending on your health.
