Hi my names dnj in WoW aswell im level 10 but still haven't figured out how to to shapeshift into a bear does anyone know how?

Use the following keyboard shortcut: CTRL + F1

Or use the button in your interface. it is a black-and-blue paw, should be right above your normal action bar (lower left corner on your screen)

Gotta complete the quest to get Bear form first.
