I've hit 70 and contentedly been instancing/attuning/questing.

Then the thought occurred to me.

When the hell can I start running Kara and Heroics??

I'm rocking 12k HP, 18k AC, atm the moment, and doing fine. My dps could be better, but its certainly not the worst, there's still a few items I'm aiming to get, in normals..

I'd like some general information on stats that I should be aiming for and which order I should be doing heroics/kara in.

That's not bad stats and will get you a ways into / through Kara and some starter heroics. The more intense heroics like Shattered Halls, Steamvaults and Shadow Lab require a bit more.

You should get SotF (Survival of the Fittest) and your Defence to 415.

Work on getting your armor and stam up so that your AC is about 23-25k++ and your HP in bear should be about 14-16k unbuffed. These numbers aren't really concrete, just a decent base point for a tank in kara/heroics to be in.

ps. defence is a MUST if you wan't to do kara and the harder heroics
