Today, I learned that:
/played - will tell me my character's playing time.
So, I thought it might be nice to start a "Command Thread" for those who would like to know but are too afraid to ask.
For example,
/sleep - will put your character to sleep
/gquit - quit guild (always asked on general channell)
Please add more....
You probably want /gquit, not /g quit. The latter will simply have you saying "quit" to your guild.

/mountspecial
Do it in Flight Form for a nice backflip.
/emote (then type out whatever you want to do) %t.
Example:
/emote kicks %t in the junk.
If targetting Magellan19 would show up as:
Kauroth kicks Magellan19 in the junk.
I have 2 which aren't too family friendly emotes always on my hotbar just for fun.

hehe.
To be technical, all you need to type is
/emote yelps in pain!
WoW inserts your character's name in place of the "/emote" so what you end up with in chat is:
agellan19 yelps in pain!
I wish there was a way to change it, because as a hunter I'd love to have my pet emote...

Try this then.
/emote says "What's that *pet's name*? You want to poop in %t's face? But that's not very nice...."

Or even better you could do:
/emote watches as *pet's name* begins to tear %t limb from limb.
