I would find the quest chain in wowhead, and start talking to all of the folks along the chain to figure out where you left off. If that doesn't work, ask a GM.

I'd start with this quest... http://www.wowhead.com/?quest=27 If you did any of this chain, I bet you stopped on step 3 as that is the PITA part of the chain.

This happened to me and it took a while to get any responses from a GM ... I just kept petitioning and eventually one day the quest became available from Mathrengyl Bearwalker, the druid trainer, who is at the 2nd floor of Darnassus.
