What you have looks pretty good....really REALLY good imo =)

i prefer shifting nightseye/shadowsong gems for more avoidance, but yer setup is nice too.

I'm pretty sure you're already at 75% max dmg mitigation, so the armor bonus from cloak can be replaced with something else. eg. 12 agi.

no belt of natural power? yer guild didn't wanna go back to ssc/tk too, huh? :)

Oh yea. The armor enchant is added after the bearform modifier I believe so 12 agi would be much better.
