Sounds like server-side problem, but you should check the usual things first to be certain.

Restart PC, try a different browser, delete cookies and temporary internet files, try different file formats, try hosting the avatar on http://imageshack.us and then just do a direct link to it, instead of hosting it on TDG itself. If you've tried all of the above and still not having any luck, Yrys or Sobe will be happy to help, I'm sure :>

ShnoogyBomb, try uploading your avatar on the EQ side of our forums (http://eq.thedruidsgrove.org/). You'll need to log in again over there, but you don't need to create a new account... logins are shared between TDG sites.
