I know I have seen a good shifting out of multiple forms, healing, and then switching back macro somewhere in the forums but I have not been able to find it again. Could someone give me a link to the forum or write down the code for me?

Replace Super Healing Potion and Master Healthstone with whatever kind of healing potion and/or health stone you happen to have at your level.. :>

By the way, if you mean a macro to shift out of a form, cast a healing spell (as opposed to using a potion or healthstone) on yourself, then shifting back again... I would recommend just doing this manually. Sometimes the battle situation can change whilst your macro is in progress, and then a different reaction may be called for.
