why Subtlety and not OoC? seems like a waste of points to me, but i'm JUST starting to look into a resto build for Arena

You go with subtlety to make it harder to have your hots dispelled. 1 more tick of a heal from a failed dispell could be what keeps your partner alive.

The mangle vs Nature's Swiftness problem is an old one. It's really up to you but my feeling is that it's not really worth going that deep into the feral tree if you're not going to get Mangle; it really is the most enabling of all feral abilities.

Certain talents in the feral tree _are_ very handy for pvp though, such as feral charge (escape mechanism, also a spell interrupt) and brutal impact (longer stuns).

I've got a great idea for arena! Go resto and watch your rating go up :thumbup:. But as far as BGs are concerned it really doesnt matter very what your spec is imo and actually I prefer feral for BGs.
