I've seen a few pics of Wrath drops but I haven't seen anything healy.

What kind of Healing gear can we expect from the first few quests and instances? Anybody know?

Remember that +healing no longer exists, in LK you just have "spell power".

Has anyone seen any theorycrafting on the relative values of stats and +spell power in WotLK?
I starting to ponder how to set up my item value sets in Pawn in Wrath.

I'd check www.resto4life.com, she has something about them a couple of weeks ago.

FYI - I read through several blogs to see what anyone had to say along this topic, and decided to do this: keep the relative values of the stats the same, and weight the new spell power stat at 1.86X what I weigh +heal currently.
Why? I looked up my current gear on wowhead's WotLK area and compared the current +heal to reported +spellpower, and it appears to be more or less what Blizzard has done.
So, all things being equal, that should let me know whether or not that quest reward green is an actual upgrade over my current blue or purple.

Of course after the next patch or the expansion it will be super easy to tell because all your existing gear will change to spell power.
