I just recently picked up Forge Ember --> http://www.wowhead.com/?item=37660

I was trying to determine if the "on cast" buffs from these are on the same ICD or not. Does anyone know for certain if they can proc at the same time? I've read around and it seems that some people say yes and others say no, i'm not sure if they did at one time and now they do not or what the deal is. Truth is i haven't done a significant amount of testing (other then by simple observation) but i was wondering if anyone had the same idea and had put it to the test.

Should be abel to proc at the same time.. the atkp ones can atleast.

I'd also reccomend the trinket that drops off Cyn, in Heroic VH. Easy to farm, awesome to own! My favorite kind of gear.
