I'm now 72, back after a long break, and spec'ed Balance. I haven't gotten Eclipse yet because I think it's more of a raid talent. I find I don't use Starfire very much while grinding because of the long cast time unless it's my opening shot. Am I mistaken in this? I figure I can always respec when I get to 80 and raid again.

cant see eclipse would be needed for levelling.

not sure about starfire as its nice to open with as you say.

but i've been 80 for like 5 yrs so not sure for levelling ! lol
