I changed the permissions around a lot - Depending on your usergroup..

Etc.. each set has different permissions

Some can upload attachments(Supporters, Mods, News Hounds)
Everyone should be able to download (cept lurkerz) -

Everyone should be able to post - except to the Front Page news and if your not registered.. now if you did register and never got the email - please email me at admin@thedruidsgrove.org and give me your email or username you used when registering.
