So far u can get Journeyman, up to artisan at just a normal dude. but once u hit 35 and u want Artisan, u have to run to Feralas, on the North island, and train it at the person there. but what about the ones higher, anyone know?

Artisan training allows you to go to 300 skill, which is the highest possible. As you noted, that trainer is located in Feathermoon Stronghold in Feralas.

i think there is one in Darnassus, as well.

Pretty sure that the Darnassus trainer is an Artisan, not a Master, so he can't actually train anyone to Artisan level.

There is something higher than Artisan? I am at 291 and thought 300 would cap me.

Players cap at 300, which is called the Artisan level. But only a Master can train someone as an Artisan. As pointed out, the only Master trainer is in Feralas.

Ok guys, help me out here.
I'll hit 35 this morning and I need alchemy training.
I have searched the forums and I see that I need to go to Feathermoon. What I don't see is how I might get there.

The Doggie paddle is one obvious method, however I was hoping there may be a boat I can grab from somewhere.

Any suggestions/tips/instructions on making this Trek would be most appreciated.

Sorry, but you have to be level 40 before you can train to Artisan.

When you do you'll find Feathermoon to the north of the northen island in Feralas. There's a boat going to the island, but you can swim if u like, usually faster. You reach Feralas from Descolace or Thousand Needles.

According to The Grove and Worldofwar.net you only need be 35

Master
Trains you to Artisan
Requires: Clvl 35
Alchemy lvl 200
Kylanna Windwhisper, 52, Feathermoon Stronghold, Feralas

http://www.worldofwar.net/professions/trainers.php#Alchemy

What are the different levels/ranks for Alchemy?

Rank (Min-Max skill level), Min Level

* Apprentice (1-75) Level 5
* Journeyman (50-150) Level 10
* Expert (125-225) Level 20
* Artisan (200-300) Level 35

You can become Artisan at lvl35, I made the long trip to do so myself. Can be hazardous though if travelling over land (Feralas is lvl40-50), just stay out of the forests where possible and be careful. :D

Maybe im wrong then, couldn't get Artisan first time I was there. Thought it was just under 40, but my memory isn't the best.

There is a boat from the western coast of Feralas. You can also just swim across, there isn't really anything dangerous in the water once you leave the coast.
