Unlike previous MMO companies we're familiar with...Blizzard does listen to its customer.

While they may not want to explain exactly what is causing the issues (and I don't really blame them for that), they are once again going to give free days to its customers for the server issues.

48 hours.

I don't recall a certain other company ever reinbursing days where the servers where having issues (though I may be wrong).
