This is really a question about how good reflection is. I know combat endurance is absolute crap, but I could see reflection being somewhat useful. Not having my regen ever stop during a fight would be nice.

Question tho, does it eliminate the 5 sec regen delay after casting? or do you just get 15% during that 5 sec? Will the 15% add up to any meaningful amount in an avg fight?

Any restore druids (glyss?) care to comment on which is more useful - reflection or improved healing touch? its the only 5 points in restore I can't decide on offhand for a new 31 restore build.

My first build had reflection, and I found it be absoultely useless. Go with the improved healing touch instead.

Yeah, if I didn't need reflection I wouldn't have put points into it. It's still nice to know you can moonfire, fairy fire, then go bearform and by the time you need to heal you'll be at FM again. It's not a big big deal, but it helps. It's one of those luxery talents =).
