Saw this over on the official WoW forums:

1) Bring up www.google.com

2) Type "Emergency maintenance" in the search bar

3) Hit the "I'm Feeling Lucky" button

Note that this doesnt work in the localized versions of Google (.ca or whatever) so make sure to click on google.com 8)
