Well ive decided to just go with wildheart for my caster gear. I know DM stuff is easier to obtain and what not, but i just cant handle wearing green and yellow gear... That said ill happily use the maul for a very long time. Now i face a new problem, picking up feral gear. Ive read and researched but really, after a certain point it all becomes fuzzy, so i thought id throw some thoughts at you and get your input.

1) Ive picked up a unyielding maul and love it, of course this has been decided as my end-game bear weapon. Ive also managed to pickup a eye of rend in my travels so im thinking this is a nice start for my feral headgear. To my understanding its mayby not the best choice? Ghostshroud would be preferable?

2) It seems to be generally accepted that devilsaur gauntlets are the best hand gear to have for feral. Its also generally accepted that warbear harness is the best chest for feral. This leave me with a lingering question, which one should i get- warbear woolies or devilsaur leggings?

3) Cloak of warding is considered the best feral back from what ive seen, thought the new seargent cloak (pvp reward) gives less armor (around 114 i think?) but gives a nice chunk of stamina. Its also easily obtained as opposed to the cost of getting cloak of warding. I cant decide, is the extra 50 or so armor really worth the huge cost of cloak of warding? Or should i just buy a seargent cloak and be done with it?

4) Im willing to settle with wildheart bracers for feral and caster as the +str on them might aswell be put to some use, besides that ive got them enchanted with +7 stam, and the int doesnt hurt for feral either. Ive yet to see any suggetions for feral belt and boots... got any? :D

Feral gear as in bearform or catform? If you're going for for bear stuff, stam/armour/int is the way to go. I would suggest the following:

These main items give you a lot of varied stats, which will give your more versatility (awesome for pvp). For pure feral though you're right, devilsaur gear, tombstone breastplate, pads of the dreadwolf, ghostshroud etc.

ras frostwhisper in scholo drops a very nice leather belt, so if you run it without any rogues be sure to grab it. mud-stained boots, which add str/stam, drop on a dm tribute run pretty easily, so that is what i am currently using for boots.
